This is a great Bouquet for an Engagement Party, or simply to say I Love You. It includes one 18" Foil Heart balloon, 6 printed, and 6 plain latex balloons. It is weighted and has 4 small balloons on the base of the weight. The colours and the print on the balloons can be changed.
